Exchange/Refund Policy

Exchanges and Refunds on  items can be made only within 15 days of shipment. There are NO exchanges or refunds on special orders .AFTER 30 DAYS SPECIAL ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP WILL BE DONATED OFF.
 For health reasons and state laws, packaged tights that have been opened or tried on are not exchangeable or refundable. All merchandise that is returned must be in original new condition, the way you received it. Shoes that show wear or scuff marks will be discarded and donated to charity and exchanges or refunds will not be issued. Tights that have been opened or tried on are not returnable due to health reasons. The US Post Office gives you FREE bags and boxes so please, do not destroy shoe boxes by taping them directly as you will be charged for a new box($2.00). It is the customer’s responsibility to return an item and we suggest sending it insured with a delivery confirmation as packages do get lost in the mail. There are no refunds on shipping or handling charges. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice or packing slip, note CLEARLY on it what you would like us to send you back for an exchange. . If we made a mistake in shipping, there will be NO reshipping charge and return shipping will be refunded back to your credit card. This process can take up to 7 DAYS. If you need your exchange back faster, we suggest reordering what you need as a new order then return the unwanted merchandise with a note on a copy of the original packing slip, note the words "CROSS EXCHANGE" with the INVOICE NUMBER of your new order. Then the return will be credited back to your credit card and any refund fees will be waived.

FOR REFUNDS there is a 6% restocking charge. Shipping and handling is not refundable under any circumstances.

UNDER NO CONDITIONS SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, SHOW WEAR, CREASES OR DIRTY SOLES WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. WE SUGGEST YOU TRY ON YOUR SHOES ON A CARPET AND MAKE SURE THEY FIT

Mistakes or Errors

Any mistakes, errors or shortages MUST be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
